Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the restaurant offered exquisite meals and the bar area allowed us to relax in a sophisticated atmosphere. the private facilities were impressive, with top-notch room advantages, sauna, and Turkish bath. the service was impeccable, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. the hotel's location provided us with easy access to Beirut's main attractions.

the Spa & wellness centre was closed, but it didn't affect our overall experience at all.

The location is great, close to many attractions such as Beirut Souqs, Zaitona Bay, and the Historic Majidiah Mosque. There are also many dining options nearby. The staff is very friendly, especially at the restaurant and front desk. The breakfast met my expectations and had a lovely setting. The attentive staff made my wife's birthday a memorable event. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite due to a small power issue with our room. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of traditional Lebanese dishes and western options. The breakfast room staff, particularly Josef, went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The staff, location, cleanliness, interior design, and overall atmosphere were all top-notch. This hotel is definitely worth visiting for both long and short stays, whether for business or pleasure.

Felt cozy, nothing to complain about.

When my room wasn't ready upon arrival, the manager treated me to dessert and coffee while waiting. The hotel may lack some amenities like bathrobes and a hairdresser, but the friendly staff made up for it. I highly recommend Hilton Beirut Downtown.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with everything being new and clean. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife spots. the breakfast was really nice.

Almost perfect.

the exclusive amenities met all our needs from the Spa & wellness centre and swimming pool, to the Turkish bath and private facilities. the staff provided excellent service, treating us like royalty and personalized our experience to perfection. the bar/lounge area added to our enjoyment, offering a wide array of drinks to choose from.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the room key. It was a bit finicky and took some time to get used to.

The room we were initially assigned didn't have the promised sea view, and despite our requests, we were never moved. This slight disappointment didn't ruin our overall enjoyable city break experience.
