Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel is near to everything in Downtown Beirut. Guests can easily explore the city's main attractions, as they are all within a short walking distance. guests can dine at the best restaurants in Beirut, which are just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay for young families. The breakfast, with its wide variety of Lebanese and Western dishes, is excellent and sure to please every palate.
Some of the staff require more training and experience to provide a flawless service.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the restaurant offered exquisite meals and the bar area allowed us to relax in a sophisticated atmosphere. the private facilities were impressive, with top-notch room advantages, sauna, and Turkish bath. the service was impeccable, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. the hotel's location provided us with easy access to Beirut's main attractions.
the Spa & wellness centre was closed, but it didn't affect our overall experience at all.

The location is great, close to many attractions such as Beirut Souqs, Zaitona Bay, and the Historic Majidiah Mosque. There are also many dining options nearby. The staff is very friendly, especially at the restaurant and front desk. The breakfast met my expectations and had a lovely setting. The attentive staff made my wife's birthday a memorable event. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite due to a small power issue with our room. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of traditional Lebanese dishes and western options. The breakfast room staff, particularly Josef, went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The staff, location, cleanliness, interior design, and overall atmosphere were all top-notch. This hotel is definitely worth visiting for both long and short stays, whether for business or pleasure.

When my room wasn't ready upon arrival, the manager treated me to dessert and coffee while waiting. The hotel may lack some amenities like bathrobes and a hairdresser, but the friendly staff made up for it. I highly recommend Hilton Beirut Downtown.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with everything being new and clean. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife spots. the breakfast was really nice.

the exclusive amenities met all our needs from the Spa & wellness centre and swimming pool, to the Turkish bath and private facilities. the staff provided excellent service, treating us like royalty and personalized our experience to perfection. the bar/lounge area added to our enjoyment, offering a wide array of drinks to choose from.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the room key. It was a bit finicky and took some time to get used to.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and vibrant nightlife. Plus, the brand new hotel had a really friendly and helpful staff who were always eager to assist with anything we needed.
The room we were initially assigned didn't have the promised sea view, and despite our requests, we were never moved. This slight disappointment didn't ruin our overall enjoyable city break experience.

The staff, including Antonio, Ali, and Hassan, were attentive and helpful. The location was convenient to attractions and dining options. The breakfast had a variety of Lebanese and Western dishes and the breakfast room staff, particularly Josef, were accommodating. The facility and rooms were clean and the interior design created a pleasant atmosphere. All thanks and gratitude to the management for a wonderful stay.
